Greener Peak provides the following services:

  • Landscaping design, installation, and maintenance.

  • Tiling supply and installation, including indoor, outdoor, and SPC flooring.

  • Concrete services, including driveways, pathways, and retaining walls.

All projects are subject to individual quotes and timelines agreed upon prior to commencing work.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

  • A 50% deposit is required before commencing work or placing tile orders.

  • Final payment is due upon project completion. Delays in payment may incur additional fees.

  • All prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment Plans: We understand flexibility may be needed. Upon request, we can arrange a payment plan that works for both parties. These terms will be clearly communicated and must be adhered to as agreed upon.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing at least 7 days prior to the project start date.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has commenced.

  • For product orders (e.g., tiles), refunds are only available for faulty or damaged goods upon inspection.

4. Project Timelines

  • Project timelines are estimates and may be impacted by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen delays.

  • Greener Peak will communicate any changes promptly and work to minimise disruptions.

5. Use of Products and Materials

  • All materials used in projects are sourced with quality and durability in mind.

  • Product warranties, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase or installation.

6. Liability

  • Greener Peak is not liable for any damage caused by factors outside our control, including weather events, third-party interference, or misuse of installed products.

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining installed landscaping, tiling, and concrete work as per care instructions provided.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Greener Peak website, including logos, images, and written content, is the intellectual property of Greener Peak. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal information collected through our website, services, or inquiries.

  • Personal information, including contact details and project information, will only be used for communication, project coordination, and internal records.

  • We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
